Award Winning Solar Passive Off-Grid Home

Designed by New England Architecture, this energy-saving home is both beautiful and comfortable.

Natural stone, timber and concrete combine to create a modern but warm ambience.

Feature interior and exterior doors were crafted onsite by our very talented and skilled carpenter Luke Jenkins. The timber was sourced from the owners' carefully saved Australian Cedar. The richness of these timber doors brings a solid sense of grandeur to the home with their imposing size and radiance.

The timber ceilings add a fascinating geometric interest. Their warmth juxtaposed against the clean modern lines of the polished concrete benchtops (installed by Industrial AF) and polished pebblecrete floors.

The stone feature walls are not only beautiful, but act as a heatbank, drawing from the fire and from the northern sun. They also perfectly frame the stunning landscape outside. Beautifully crafted by stonemason Phil Sanderson and his crew from PJ's Stonework.
